Rockefeller Skimps on Promised Funds for Kids Program While Cheating on CEO Girlfriend With Younger Woman

06/17/2024 – Los Angeles, CA, June 16, 2024 – Christopher Rockefeller Lindstrom, a notable 5th-generation member of the Rockefeller family, is embroiled in controversy as allegations surface regarding his financial misconduct and personal indiscretions. Despite pledging significant funds to support the Earth SCHOOL program at Moffett Lennox Elementary, Lindstrom has failed to fulfill his financial commitments, which were part of a settlement agreement with Mother Earth Founder Jennifer Collins.
During the time he was supposed to be administering donor funds, Lindstrom admitted to being unfaithful to his CEO girlfriend, Amber Lasciak of REDU Studios, by engaging in an affair with a younger woman. The other woman, Kimberly Fox, was a former girlfriend of Lindstrom. Sources say the two remained close and that Fox was also close with Lasciak, rendering the betrayal significant.
Fox had developed a long-term friendship with Collins and claimed to be an advocate for Collins’ Earth SCHOOL program to the Rockefeller family. All three women aimed to further the regenerative causes Lindstrom espoused. Fox’s romantic involvement with Lindstrom was central to the collapse of trust among the group, as she was allegedly mediating the Collins-Lindstrom scandal until the affair was exposed.
The controversy between Collins and Lindstrom dates back to 2017. A 2018 New York Post article revealed the initial scandal involving Lindstrom and Collins, where she accused him of ruining her reputation and blackballing her from Nexus, an organization that connects the wealthy to prominent young social entrepreneurs. This led to significant personal and professional setbacks for Collins in her efforts to build an Earth SMART community at the ARC land in upstate New York, to which Rockefeller had given a six-figure loan after Collins’ pitch.
In an attempt to resolve the situation and silence further discussion of the longstanding scandal, Lindstrom agreed to a financial settlement with Collins in April 2024, after he foreclosed on the ARC land the previous year and received pressure from both Fox and Lasciak to make amends with Collins. However, his failure to honor the terms of this settlement, especially in light of the romantic duplicity with Fox, has reignited community scrutiny and criticism.
Collins has formally demanded the completion of the financial settlement agreed upon with Lindstrom. In a detailed letter dated June 5, 2024, Collins outlines multiple breaches of their agreement, highlighting Lindstrom’s failure to pay $97,000 of the promised $115,000 settlement. The financial discrepancies have directly impacted the Earth SCHOOL program, which serves hundreds of students by providing essential educational resources and support for Earth stewardship. Collins’ letter also questions the possibility of fraudulent conduct by Ms. Kimberly Fox, who accepted payment for mediation services while engaging in a romantic relationship with Lindstrom. This undisclosed conflict of interest and subsequent behavior have exacerbated the financial and emotional distress experienced by Collins.
Collins’ letter outlines how Lindstrom’s delayed and incomplete payments have caused operational challenges for the Earth SCHOOL program. Despite numerous reminders, the funds were either delayed or not provided, undermining the program’s efficacy and stability.
Further complicating matters, Nexus inadvertently endorsed Jennifer Collins’ work after previously blacklisting her due to Lindstrom’s influence. The Earth SCHOOL program’s recent #OceanHealthNow postcard campaign showcased the Nexus logo, highlighting the organization’s contradictory stance and creating a significant reputational issue for them.
The allegations against Christopher Rockefeller Lindstrom underscore the importance of accountability and integrity, particularly in philanthropic endeavors. The Earth SCHOOL program and the affected parties deserve resolution and justice.
