Sales superstar jerked around by CEO, CFO, & CHRO. Sales superstar is making almost as much as (or more than) those occupying the C-Suite, so a new & “improved” compensation plan is rolled out.
It’s just a matter of time before the sales superstar jumps ship. I guarantee it.
