There are still nearly two months left in the regular season.

And the conference leaders have either seven or eight games remaining.

Still, it’s never too early to talk about homefield advantage for the postseason.

Green Bay, which captured the NFC’s No. 1 seed in 2020, but lost the conference title game to Tampa Bay, moved back into the No. 1 spot Sunday.

The Packers defeated Seattle, 17-0, and for the time being hold the No. 1 seed in the NFC.

Green Bay and Arizona are both 8-2 and lead the conference. The Packers defeated the Cardinals in Week 8, though, and hold the head-to-head advantage over Arizona.

The Los Angeles Rams and Dallas are both 7-2. The Rams can move into a tie with Green Bay and Arizona when they face San Francisco on Monday.
