WASHINGTON— The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proposes a $617,100 civil charge versus Oklahoma-based Interstate Helicopters for presumably performing prohibited charter flights.
The FAA declares that in between September 2016 and April 2017, Interstate Helicopters carried out around 24 paid passenger-carrying flights in jet aircrafts when it was just licensed to carry out flights in helicopters.
