According to the Italian paper Il Messaggero, Lufthansa Group remains in settlements with ITA Airways to take a stake of 15% to 40% of the capital of the brand-new Italian airline company.

ITA Airways started its operations on October 15 th, changing the loss-making Alitalia. Ever since, it has actually revealed possible to develop itself as the flagship business of Italy.
