Iberia is setting up photovoltaic panels on its 20,000 sq m airplane engine upkeep garage at Madrid airport as part of its objective to reach absolutely no net emissions by2050

The solar field established on the roofing of the engine store, inhabits 10,000 square meters, and creates 80 million kW hours, comparable to 800 houses.
