U.S. Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack informed press reporters Wednesday, ahead of the Thursday statement, that farmers, shopkeeper, schoolchildren and individuals looking for telehealth medical examinations will gain from the ReConnect and Telecommunications Infrastructure Loan and Loan Guarantee programs.
