Second Suspect Arrested in East Village Shooting Death

SAN DIEGO– A 2nd suspect was jailed in the Jan. 20 shooting death of a 29-year-old male throughout a conflict with a group of individuals near Petco Park, authorities stated Jan. 29.

Jaelen Dower, 20, was detained Saturday at 6500 Broadway in San Diego for his function in the shooting of John Reed, 29, of San Diego.
